Quality Control of Raw Material And Parts:

All the sourced material and parts from the third party is being tested at our in house facility to check its quality at different aspects. If required we also access third party inspection to ensure the quality of what we have sourced.

Quality Controlled Manufacturing:

While you have best-in-class machinery and quality controlled manufacturing process, possibilities are higher to obtain optimum from it, and we have hugely invested in thereof. Further, we perform frequent check-ups for accuracy and also manufacture sample pieces for assurance. The sample piece gets examined and if results are positive, the manufacturing begins. We take random pieces and tested again to ensure the quality and consistency of the valve.

Assembly Inspection:

The experts at the assembly line randomly pick the assembled pieces and perform tightness tests to assure their quality against international quality standards.

Final Examination:

The final examination is to confirm its specifications with the customer requirements, if the valve satisfies all the requirements, it gets packed for shipment.
